Rent Reviews

It is important that the process of dealing with a rent review is commenced well in advance of the scheduled date and therefore do not hesitate in obtaining some advice.
A surveyor’s market knowledge is essential in handling this process and with our activity in our agency and survey department, we are able to deliver this. Once registered with us, we are able to schedule rent reviews, as well as lease renewals on our property database in order that we can remind you of scheduled events in advance.
It is also worth noting that should you choose to appoint us as a managing agent, we would also schedule such dates as part of our service.
