We are constantly developing our current workforce through structured programmes of training and career development, as well as creating new employment opportunities at the appropriate time. Within this section you will be able to identify opportunities in terms of current job vacancies and career development opportunuties.

 

Career development

We take pride in the fact that we have an extremely efficient and well organised administrative team within Garness Jones. We continually assess individual's skills and via our internal communication share knowledge on different skill disciplines to assist all involved. Where appropriate specific in-house training if provided as well as external training courses where appropriate and needed. We keep a record of individual's training programmes and assess these on a periodic basis.

 

Professional

We provide support and assistance to our Chartered Surveyors to maintain their professional skills via in-house communication on knowledge and experience obtained in a working environment as well as sourcing and identifying training courses and seminars on relevant subjects. We assist in coordinating the Chartered Surveyor's requirement under the Continuing Professional Development programme maintaining records for easy reference and communication with the RICS. For Trainee Surveyors, we provide full support for the APC process and we are an approved firm to accept year out students as part of their property related course. On a more practice level, we are also keen to assist individuals who have the appropriate ambition and drive to develop and progress their career within the property industry.
