Property Maintenance Administrator
We are looking to recruit a full-time person who is highly motivated and enthusiastic and has the following skills.
Liaising with clients, tenants, landlords, contractors and utility providers in dealing with the maintenance of properties
Previous experience within the property sector
Experience in managing budgets and deadlines
IT literate and capable of operating a bespoke property related package
Excellent organisational and communication skills required

AGENCY SURVEYOR
We are looking to recruit an experienced Agency Surveyor who is highly motivated and has the following skills:
MRICS status is not essential, but a proven track record in mixed sector commercial agency is essential and be able to hit the ground running from day one.
The role will form part of an expanding agency team involved in valuing, marketing and letting/selling of commercial property, as well as dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals.
Excellent communication, negotiation and IT skills required.
Travel is a requirement of the role and a full driving licence is essential.
