Garness Jones Reception

New investment into successful industrial estate

04/04/2012

A new manufacturing facility will appear on an already busy industrial estate following the completion by Garness Jones of a land sale deal.

The site of 1.28 acres sits on the Humber Bridge Industrial Estate in Falkland Way, Barton, which is already home to a number of successful businesses.

Details of the purchaser’s plans have not been disclosed but Dave Garness, Managing Director of Garness Jones, said the transaction represents a significant investment for the area.

“The area is a small industrial estate which has always had high levels of occupancy,” said Dave.

“This particular site is designated for industrial development and the purchaser plans to build a manufacturing facility.

“The estate itself has good roads and other infrastructure and we expect to receive further interest in nearby parts of the site.”
