Sound start for new business

A new business is looking forward to the sweet sounds of success after concluding a deal with Garness Jones for manufacturing space in Hull.

Acoustic Technology UK Ltd has set up shop to manufacturer speaker cases for hi-fi equipment, and recently moved into Unit 14 at the West Point Trading Park in Liverpool Street, Hull.

The company, which has been launched by Wilfred Norton, will also provide other general woodwork services and has got off to a busy start.

“As I understand it the decision to move into these premises was prompted by the success of the business,” said Jack Ward, Surveyor at Garness Jones.

“Wilfred has got about 2,400 square feet of space. The unit is ideal for his requirements and is in a good location, right next to the A63.

“There are three other units available at West Point Trading Park, offering space up to about 3,500 square feet.”
