Vroom for expansion as motorcycle training business finds new home

A motorcycle training business is gearing up for expansion after working with Garness Jones to secure premises for storage and repairs.

The i2i Motorcycle Academy has moved into a unit offering nearly 800 square feet of space at Skiff Lane Industrial Estate, Holme on Spalding Moor.

The business, which is run by Tom Killeen, operates nationwide and offers courses covering skills from basic motorcycle control to track events and “knee down” events.

Courses are delivered using airfields at Rufforth near York, Bovingdon in the London area and Tibenham in Norfolk.

“The business is doing very well and we understand Tom is going to use his new premises for storage and maintenance of motorcycles,” said Jack Ward, Surveyor at Garness Jones.

“Skiff Lane Industrial Estate is the ideal site for what he needs and is proving very popular.

“We are acting jointly on the site with Carter Towler in Leeds on behalf of Jubilee Industrial Investments Limited. It is not often that space becomes available on this estate, and with this deal added to a letting secured by Carter Towler the site is now fully-occupied.”
