Garness Jones Reception
Chartered Surveyor joins growing Residential Department11/06/2008
Property agents Garness Jones have appointed Chartered Surveyor Tim Lenton to its growing residential surveying business.
Mr Lenton, 29, is active on the firm’s residential investment and development work, as well as carrying out home valuations and home buyer reports.
Prior to joining Garness Jones, which is active in Hull, East Yorkshire and north Lincolnshire, Mr Lenton was a residential surveyor with Shepherd Chartered Surveyors for 18 months and a commercial surveyor with TLB Properties for three years.
The Nottingham-native, who lives in Doncaster with his fiancé, and who is a keen rock drummer in his spare time, gained a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor qualification in 2005 and a BSc in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University in 2001.
Dave Garness, Garness Jones director, said: “Tim is a well-qualified surveyor who is already fitting in well with the rest of the team. While he will be primarily involved with our residential work, his background in commercial surveying will also prove beneficial to the company.
“While we realise that market conditions are more difficult we also recognise the need to have the correct resources and skills to work hard for our clients in a more challenging economy.
"This appointment demonstrates our commitment to providing a good quality service and also our confidence in the local economy.”
