If the property is acceptable and is fully cleaned, your deposit will be returned. If there are any problems with the property, we may retain all or part of the deposit until the identified problems are rectified.
When you leave the property, read the metres and inform the utility suppliers along with the necessary local authorities that you are leaving. We will need to see receipted bills before we can return your deposit.
