These terraced units are of steel framed construction with brick walls surmounted by insulated cladding to upper levels.
The roofs are pitched and incorporate intermittent translucent panelling which provide good levels of natural lighting. Units are accessed via good sized roller shutter doors and eaves heights vary but have a minimum of 3.5 m.
The site is accessible 24 hours a day and the site is secured by permitter fencing and double access gates at both entry/exit points. Each tenant is allocated car parking.
