Management Surveyor

Location: Hull (with travel to York and portfolio properties as required)

We're looking for a motivated Management Surveyor to join our Commercial Management team, supporting a diverse portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with commercial property experience who is working towards APC/RICS qualification and looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing business.

The role will involve day-to-day property management, lease renewals, rent reviews, service charge management, maintenance coordination and client liaison. You'll work closely with experienced surveyors, finance and facilities teams to help maximise asset performance while delivering outstanding service to clients and tenants.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree qualified and working towards APC/RICS (support provided)
  • 1-2 years' commercial property experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of landlord and tenant matters beneficial
  • Positive, proactive and professional approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
